Purpose
The purpose of the Enhancements Team is to improve the overall experience of our members throughout the app.
Our customers are loyal and honest, regularly providing feedback to team members, which we’ve collected over the years. Our team analyzes and quantifies this feedback to determine which projects will have the most significant impact on our members.
With that said, we try to keep the scope of our projects small, simple, and manageable. We choose fun projects where we can provide our own unique understanding of and solution to the customers’ issues.
While we have a treasure trove of historical feedback, we continue to conduct discoveries to understand the customers’ pain points and provide creative solutions to help them accomplish their goals.
Each project is a new opportunity to learn, grow, and develop new skill sets. Because we are not solely focused on one specific area of the app, we are driven primarily by data and talking to our customers.
