Today I sit in Kuklen, not chasing magic—but letting the moment feed me.

The food was not perfect.

But I was visible.I was seated.I was not in fear.

I am learning through him—my husband—who eats with ease, who blesses what is there.

I am the one who was once fussy.

But now I see:It is not always about flavor.It is about presence.

I receive the grand.The good.The bad.The mediocre.

And I name them all: experience.

Today, I did not spiral into worry.Today, I trusted he is fine.Today, I ate what was before me and gave thanks.

I am learning to eat the moment whole.I am letting small things nourish me.
