1. Introduction

Fidi is a fitness diary app designed to help users log workouts, track sets, monitor progress, and keep personal records in one simple place.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we store and protect it, and what choices you have. By using Fidi, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Fidi is not a medical, diagnostic, rehabilitation, nutrition, or fitness coaching service. The information stored in the app is intended for personal workout tracking only.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to provide, secure, improve, and analyze the app.

2.1 Account and authentication data

When you create or access an account, we may collect and process:

• Email address;
• Display name, if provided;
• Profile photo, if provided through Google Sign-In;
• Authentication provider information, such as Apple, Google, email/password, or guest/anonymous sign-in;
• Unique user ID generated by Firebase Authentication;
• Apple or Google account identifier used only for authentication;
• App language and basic account preferences.

If you use Sign in with Apple, Apple may provide Fidi with your name, email address, private relay email address, and a unique identifier, depending on what you choose to share.

If you use Sign in with Google, Google may provide Fidi with your name, email address, profile picture, and a unique account identifier after you grant permission.

Fidi does not receive your Apple ID password, Google password, or full Apple/Google account credentials.

If you use guest or anonymous access, we may create an anonymous user ID so that your app data can be saved. If you later link that guest profile to a registered account, the data may become associated with that account.
