1. Commission on each call/chat is set according to the receiver’s profile status. if user is purple, then the commission is 0.25% if user is an influencer, green, then the commission is 0.5% if user is a star, yellow, then the commission is 1%
2. Each crypto transaction has a gas fee (stellar network fee) of 0.00001 XLM
3. Payments made via PayPal/ Stripe will carry their own respective transaction fees.
4. If caller/initiator does not clear previous bill, he/she will not be allowed to connect with another paid user until the bill is cleared.
5. All call/chat logs are hashed on the blockchain, so there shouldn’t be any case of fraud or error. However in any case, user can report to the admin any miscalculation or error caused within the app.
