• Our fee includes Payment Processing Fees & other payment protection fees. So we incur these costs on your behalf which is why our platform fee is 15%. </aside>

So how does this impact pricing and what you receive?

When you set your price for each program it is automatically marked up by a 3% foreign exchange fee to cover FX costs. This means that the price the user will pay will be slightly higher. This ensures that your take on the transaction is not diluted and you will still take home 85% of the sale price.

• Program price set by creator = $10
• ADDED FEES (paid by user):
• Price seen and paid by user = $10.31 (include 3% mark up for Foreign Exchange Costs)
• PAYOUTS:
  • Steppen Platform Fees (15%) = $1.50
  • Creator (85%) ****= $8.50
  • Stripe FX = $0.31
