A UX Audit on translink with a clear table of issues that you have found. You have two initial thoughts paragraphs which is confusing. Could have presented he UX report better, it would have been advantageous to show before and after of the changes in the report itself, although I can see the content in your Figma.
Identifies 5 relevant, well-evidenced issues; most linked to UX principles; realistic, thoughtful solutions; well-structured report with useful visuals; clear presentation with minor flaws.”
