Amazing Grass Greens Blend 12:30 PM With first meal Mix in 8–12 oz water or juice. Contains zinc (11 mg). Don’t take on empty stomach.
Vitamin D3 + K2 12:30 PM With first meal (fat required) Take with fatty food for best results.
RYZE Mushroom Coffee 12:30 PM With first meal Mix in hot water. Can take solo or with B-complex. Helps with focus.
B-Complex (Country Life) 12:30 PM With first meal Take with food (first few bites or mid-meal). May cause nausea if fasted.
Sea Moss (Raw Gel) 1:00 PM With or after meal 1–2 tbsp straight or in smoothie. Supports minerals, thyroid, immune.
Apple Cider Vinegar (Bragg's) 1:00 PM Post-meal 1 tbsp diluted in water. Optional. Helps with digestion, blood sugar.
Goldenseal (Immune/Detox Herb) 2:00 PM Post-meal (1–2 hrs after lunch) 1 dropper under tongue or in water. Use M–F only.
Coconut Water Anytime during eating window Fed 8–12 oz for hydration. Can be used to chase Goldenseal or ACV.
Magnesium Glycinate (Country Life) 8:00 PM With last meal or before bed 3 caps or split dose (1 cap AM, 2 caps PM). Helps with recovery & sleep.
