Open an email with a PDF invoice attachment. Faktee inserts a blue "Extract invoice data" button right next to the attachment.
🤖 AI extraction (15–30s)
Click the button → Faktee sends the PDF to AI → returns all data: supplier name, tax ID, VAT ID, issue date, taxable fulfillment date, due date, line items, VAT, total. No OCR, no pdf.js — AI reads PDFs directly, so it works even on scanned invoices and image-based PDFs.

A modal opens with all fields pre-filled. Something wrong? Fix it in one click — nothing is read-only.

Faktee remembers the last 100 processed invoices. At the end of the month, click "Export all" → send one CSV file to your accountant.
