Reasoning process

Product and benefits

1. In a project, any community member can post their contributions, evaluate it, claim the credit, and own it, all data is on chain.
2. Rewards will be distributed based on the credit earned.
3. As time goes, web3 resume page will be formed.

Problem

1. Future work has come, like community or DAO, however, the contribution measuring and ownership allocating are always vague, various and complex, which leads to being difficult to make majority feel fair on the allocation.
2. The current tools are:
   1. Too simple and abstract, e.g. SBT/NFT/Token/Kudos, it lacks solid proofs, it misses a lot of nuances of real world.
   2. Too open and broad, aggregate on-chain and off-chain data (discord/forum actinveness)
3. Many centralized web2 tools designed for companies
   1. It is hierarchy, owned by few stake holders only, easy to be tampered

Solution

We make contributors be seen and own what they built by a simple formula:

Your rewards = (your contributions/Total contributions) * Total rewards
