Bad refund policies are infuriating. You feel like the company is just trying to rip you off. We never want our customers to feel that way, so our refund policy is simple: If you’re ever unhappy with our products for any reason, just contact our support team and we’ll take care of you.

Refunds for digital products

If you purchase an "intangible product" (digital book, code example, etc), all sales are final. If you made a purchase and you are able to open the files, we believe we fulfilled our part in providing you the product. If you change your mind that you do not want the product anymore, we do not issue refunds for this. We are not Amazon.

Refunds from community access ban

Some of our products include "private community access" to a forum. While participating on our forums, please note that additional terms and rules apply. If you violate any of these terms, your access will be revoked and you will not qualify for a refund.
