The root issue: unprocessed emotions stuck in the body.

To heal, you must feel and release those emotions fully instead of suppressing them.

Main Methods:

  1. Shaking – physically releasing trapped tension.
  2. Breathwork – using controlled breathing to move emotions through the body.
  3. Journaling or deep conversations – bringing up old emotions consciously and processing them.
  4. Opening up to safe people – sharing your story with those who help you heal (not everyone).
