Chatham House Rule

Participants are free to use information shared in the session, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of any speaker or participant may be revealed outside it. Please do not screenshot, quote, or attribute remarks publicly.

Recording and follow-on materials

The session will be recorded. The recording, an AI-generated summary, and a transcript may be shared with registrants and FGI members for capability-building purposes. Speaker names are public; other participants will be anonymised in any shared summary. If you do not want to appear on camera or in the audio, keep your camera off and use chat — your registration is still welcome.

Code of conduct

This is a practitioner space. Be respectful, listen actively, and engage in good faith. No selling, pitching, recruiting, or promotion of products or services. FGI may remove participants who breach this at our discretion, without refund.

Not professional advice

FGI Live sessions are educational and capability-building. Content does not constitute legal, financial, regulatory, procurement, security, or official policy advice. You remain responsible for decisions and implementation in your jurisdiction.

Classified or protected information

Do not share information classified or protected under your jurisdiction's security or data classification rules. Use general examples and de-identified cases only.

Independence

FGI is independent of commercial interests in its government advice and research. Industry Partners may attend in a learning capacity but do not shape the agenda.

Eligibility

This roundtable is for public-sector practitioners, partners serving government, NGOs, and academic colleagues. We may decline registrations that fall outside scope.

Cancellations and changes

Free to attend. If you can't make it, please cancel via Luma so we can offer your place to someone on the waitlist. FGI may change speakers, format, or timing with reasonable notice; if a session is cancelled outright, registrants will be invited to a rescheduled date.

Privacy

Your registration details are processed under the FGI Privacy Policy. We use your data to deliver the session, send the recording and follow-on resources, and (with your separate opt-in at registration) tell you about future FGI Live sessions and Communities of Practice. The full FGI Policies, Terms and Conditions apply where relevant — for example, if you go on to become an FGI member.
