This page explains the governance group that shapes the FGI Live "AI for Gov 3.0" series. The Council holds one position: governments must reach Gov 3.0 readiness before Gov 4.0 agentic AI is safe, lawful, or useful. Outputs stay practical, measurable, vendor-independent, and partner-safe.

Purpose
- Set direction for the FGI Live "AI for Gov 3.0" series (topic framing, speaker selection, quality bar).
- Hold the No G3, no G4 line: every session tests AI claims against Gov 3.0 readiness, not the other way round.
- Convert each roundtable into usable assets: playbooks, templates, and framework briefs.
- Protect trust and partner-safety: practical, non-partisan, vendor-independent, aligned to SPRITE.
Primary responsibilities
- Confirm each quarter’s theme and the “one question” the session must answer.
- Anchor every theme in the relevant FGX indicators and a clear Gov 3.0 readiness check.
- Define the quarterly toolkit scope (which 3–5 templates we will ship).
- Quality assurance: ensure outputs are measurable, stage-appropriate, vendor-independent, and delivery-real.
- Approve the final toolkit pack and brief for publication.
Deliverables (what members can expect)
Each quarter produces three lightweight assets:
- Framework brief (2–3 pages)
- “What good looks like” in plain language.
- Case for Action — why change and adopt?
- Gov 3.0 readiness checklist — which FGX indicators must be green before AI is in scope for this theme.
- Simple maturity checklist (stage progression applied to the quarter’s theme).
- Templates pack (3–5 templates)
- Executive decision memo template
- Risk and assurance checklist (SPRITE)
- Pilot scorecard (benefits, harms, inclusion, trust signals)
- What to ask your team
- Playbook (5–8 pages)
- “First 30 / 60 / 90 days”
- Roles and responsibilities (leaders vs delivery vs trust)
- Measures that matter (time saved, failure demand reduced, complaints, inclusion and access)
Cadence and workflow
Quarterly cycle
- T-4 weeks: confirm theme, “one question”, speakers shortlist, and template list.
