This is a build of Proton from Valve, custom made with better patches and will help improve some games compatibility.

1. Download a release from the Releases page,
2. Create a ~/.steam/root/compatibilitytools.d directory if it does not exist,
3. Extract the release tarball into ~/.steam/root/compatibilitytools.d/,

If you want the terminal line:

tar -xf GE-ProtonVERSION.tar.gz -C ~/.steam/root/compatibilitytools.d/

1. Restart Steam,
2. Enable proton-ge-custom
