What is the Fight Club?
Fight Club is a sub-DAO under BanklessDAO that includes a structure for venture DAOs and an arm for education initiatives.
We have plans to create Fight Club Foundation, which is an entity type that allows the treasury to be an investor member in the different venture DAOs.
What is the governing structure of Fight Club?
Fight Club is in the process of transitioning to governance via the membership NFTs. The voting weights are still to be determined.

Is Fight Club seeking partnerships with other DAOs?
Yes. Fight Club is currently partnered with FTW.DAO to create the VC Analyst education program. There are other venture DAOs that are interested in participating as investor members in the Genesis Fund.
