When do I get my AO Agent Number?

After you submit your onboarding paperwork (sent to your email), and you received your state license, your AO Agent Number will be emailed to you within a few business days. Sometimes this can take a little longer. It comes from: ailagentadmin@ailife.com

What platform do I use to sell policies?

We use the EApp software to write and submit policies. You'll learn how to install and use it during the AO321 Training, which is part of your “Start Here” checklist.

How Do I Access EApp?

EApp is the software we use to write and submit all life insurance applications. You’ll need your state license and your AO agent number in order to access it. Once you’ve received both, you can download and set it up by following the instructions in the AO321 training on Planet Altig. Mac users will need to download a separate software to run the Windows application.

What is Planet Altig and when do I get access?

Planet Altig is your central company dashboard where you’ll:

• Track policies
• Access AO training
• Work leads
• Manage your daily activity

Once you submit your onboarding paperwork, you'll receive an email with your Planet login. If not, contact your supervisor.
