When should I be dialing, and how much is “enough”?

Once you’re released, you’re in full control of your schedule — which is one of the best perks of this role. That said, consistency is what creates income here. The agents who are seeing success are dialing five to six days a week, putting in enough calls to book 3-4 presentations per day. Your schedule may look different based on your personal goals, but dialing daily and treating this like a real business is key. You get out what you put in.

What is a MOD and how do I handle it?

MOD are how the company communicates when something on your policy needs to be corrected or clarified before it can be issued. These can include missing banking information, forms that weren’t signed, or medical clarification needed. When you get a MOD, your job is to handle it the same day — read it thoroughly, reach out to the client, gather what’s needed, and submit it. If you're ever unsure about how to resolve a MOD, reach out to your upline immediately.

MODs are normal — what matters is how quickly and professionally you take care of them.

Do I Always Need to Be in Discord?

You’re not required to be in Discord 24/7 — but it’s highly encouraged to stay logged in during your work hours, especially when you're dialing, or running appointments.

Think of Discord as your virtual office — it’s where you’ll stay connected to the team, access live support, hop into daily training, and stay in rhythm with everything going on. Even if you’re not actively chatting, just being in the bullpen helps with accountability, momentum, and visibility.

So no, it’s not required — but the agents seeing the most success are in there daily, staying plugged in and growing with the team.

How does commission actually work?

You’re paid a 50% commission to start on the ALP (Annualized Life Premium) of each sale. You receive a 65% advance of your commission on payday (every Friday). The remaining % is paid out over time as the policy stays active.

On top of that, you can earn the World’s Greatest Bonus, which is based on your total monthly production. Once you hit a bonus tier for the month, you receive that bonus percentage paid out weekly.
