What are the building hours?
The building is accessible to members 24/7 with UniFi access. Our front desk is staffed from 8am to midnight on weekdays and 9am to midnight on weekends. You can see their schedule here

How do I get UniFi Access?
Download the Unifi Identity app and then click on “Get Started” or “Activate Endpoint” in your most recent email from Unifi. You do not need to “manually add credential” within the app, you simply return to the Unifi email and click the “Get Started” or “Activate Endpoint” button after you’ve downloaded the app. If you run into issues, email support@frontiertower.io
Am I allowed to bring in guests? Up to 3 guests are allowed at a time and each guest may come 3x per calendar month. They must be accompanied by a member. For more information, check out Guest Policy !
Where do I have access to? All members have access to their home floor, the gym on floor 3, the podcast room on floor 11, the sauna on floor 14 except 8pm-9am, the kitchen on floor 15, and the lounge on floor 16

Where is bike storage?
Bike storage is in the basement bike cage which you can find by heading down the hallway from the lobby and then taking a left to take the freight elevator down
Where is the trash room?
Trash room is located in the back of the building. Access via the hallway from the lobby all the way to the end.
How do I request or report a maintenance issue?

I’m a new member. Where should I start?
Start with watching the Building Onboarding Walkthrough Video found in your onboarding email. After that, visit your designated floor in the Citizen Wiki. It covers the onboarding process, space usage, community guidelines, booking systems, and who to contact for support.
How do I contact my floor lead? Each floor page in the Citizen’s Wiki lists the floor lead’s contact information.
Is there a group chat? Yes, there is a Telegram group for Tower citizens here ****And there is a larger Telegram group for anyone who is interested in Frontier Tower here

Where can I see upcoming events, workshops, or programs?
Visit lu.ma/frontiertower to check all upcoming events happening in the tower.
How do I book event space?
Book event space through the dashboard at app.frontiertower.io. Review our Event Organizer Guide

Where can I find quiet spaces for calls or meetings?
Each floor has designated phone booths.
Where do I get supplies for kitchen and washroom?
Paper towels and toilet paper can be found in the basement. If supplies are out, please contact our lead janitor Leo Silva at 415-990-0182
The printer is out of ink or paper. How can we fix this? Contact John Meow at 510-684-4221
Where is the Lost & Found?
The Lost & Found is located in the hallway past the lobby on the ground floor. There is also a separate section by it for free stuff.
Where is the mail room?
The mail room is located in the hallway past the lobby on the ground floor. Please pick up your letters and packages promptly.
Is there parking? There is no parking provided directly by the tower but we have a deal with 945 Market St. Simply email Victor at VIGonzalez@lazparking.com and let him know you’re with Frontier Tower for a $350/mth parking spot or visit here for $7/hr parking
Are there any community meals? Yes, sign up for our community lunches at frontiermeals.com
Is there any housing? See our hotel here! At the moment it’s permitted for 28 day maximum stays.
Where do I load in supplies for an event? Please park along sixth street by the side of the building and load in through the lobby.
