1. What caused some of the chat histories is available on WhatsApp Web but not synced on ChatDaddy?

• This is due to the WhatsApp multi-device bug. In addition, ChatDaddy is only able to capture 3 months of chat histories. Eg, It will depend on the amount of histories WhatsApp sent to us, sometimes it's less/ sometimes it's more.

Other known WhatsApp Multi-device bugs:

1. Chat read on phone but does not become read on Chatdaddy.
2. Full message history is not unavailable.
3. Main phone unable to receive message notifications.
4. The group name would not immediately update, need take some time to sync.
5. Unable to use the sticky function.
