Where are you based in?
We're headquartered in the beautiful Hong Kong. We feel very fortunate to work with clients from around the world, incl. Singapore, Indonesia, Macau, China, and of course our home base.
How is RevOps different from other tech solution providers?
We know about the limitations and possibilities with WhatsApp better than everyone else. We'll honestly tell you what can't be done, and what would cause horrible user experience.
We'd also like to think we're doing the work right since all our clients learned about us by word-of-mouth. As many would say "quality and customers-first", but we try live and breath it every single day.
If I have questions, is there someone I can talk to?
Absolutely! You can drop us your questions to [email protected], and you'll be connected with your account manager within 24 hours.
Once you've become our client, you'll have direct access to our team via WhatsApp and phone.
My company is already using WhatsApp for business conversations. Why should I bother?
There are three types of WhatsApp accounts: 1) WhatsApp personal (WA), 2) WhatsApp for Business App (WAB), and 3) WhatsApp Business API (WABA).
For small business owners, it's absolutely fine conducting 1:1 conversations manually with their customers using WA or WAB.
For established companies, WABA is highly recommended because, most importantly, you'd need WhatsApp automations for your use cases which don't make sense to do by hand.
Some softwares do offer automations in WA and WAB but it's against WhatsApp's terms of use. Worst case the number tied to your company and brand gets banned.
RevOps focuses on WABA so that our clients can fully leverage the power of WhatsApp by automating use cases with our proprietary end-to-end solutions.
Who owns the data, content, and subscribers?
You do! Any data is 100% owned by you. RevOps doesn't have the permission to use them for any reason. RevOps simply offers you solutions to deliver your business goals successfully.
How can I integrate my existing softwares into your solutions?
We can integrate through Google Sheets or Airtable. We find that this is the most time and cost-efficient way for most clients.
How do you charge?
It's simple. We charge a one-time fee for implementation, and then we charge a monthly fee for support and maintenance.
How can I get started?
You can help us better understand your needs by filling out this form or drop us a line [email protected]. Once we receive it, we'll get back to you in 24 hours. ๐
