Where should I write the design brief?

Whatever works best for you. Here’s what we recommend:

1. Use the description in Asana cards
2. Link your docs or sketches/wireframes in Asana card
3. Record a video with explanation. Like Loom, Wistia, or Vimeo

Are there any design, copy, or frontend requests you don't support?

Here are some requests we don’t support right now:

• Graphics not related to Web Design (Decks, Banners, etc)
• Content copy like articles etc.
• Custom Photography and Video
• Complex illustrations
• Complex websites, portals, or apps

How does the request pool work

You request one task at a time by moving it to "To Do" from "Queue". Next, you get the design, copy, or development one at a time. There might be additional clarifications and discussions in the Asana card.
