• I have dowloaded and installed the fastwrite file and have restarted Word but I can’t find the Add-In. What should I do? (Windows)
• I used the free version, purchased a premium subscription afterwards but now I don’t get any autocompletes anymore.
• I tried to use fastwrite in the Browser / Web-Version of Microsoft Office and it’s not working.
• fastwrite is not working on my iPhone / iPad / Tablet.
• fastwrite is not working with LibreOffice.
• How can I accept the autocomplete suggestion? Whatever I click, the suggestion disappears. </aside>

• I don’t get any references for the suggested text passages.
• I checked the PDF-page where the information for the autocomplete suggestion is supposed to be, but unfortunately it's not there. What could be the reason for this? </aside>
