• fastwrite is not working on my iPhone / iPad / Tablet.
• fastwrite is not working with LibreOffice.
• How can I accept the autocomplete suggestion? Whatever I click, the suggestion disappears.

• I have dowloaded and installed the fastwrite file and have restarted Word but I can’t find the Add-In. What should I do? (Windows)
• How do I connect fastwrite to my Word document?
• I tried to use fastwrite in the Browser / Web-Version of Microsoft Office and it’s not working.
• When I open the fastwrite on Mac, nothing happens; it doesn't even open in the background as icon the top bar.
• On Mac, I can see the fastwrite icon in the top bar, but I can't open it to upload documents or create projects. </aside>

• I don’t get any references for the suggested text passages.
• I checked the PDF-page where the information for the autocomplete suggestion is supposed to be, but unfortunately it's not there. What could be the reason for this?
• Sometimes an autocomplete suggestion disappears after a few seconds without pressing any button.
• I only receive an error message when trying to open the reference link. </aside>
