Q: How do I start working with you?
A: Simply fill out our Intake Form and we’ll reach out to schedule a consultation.
Q: Are all services remote?
A: Yes, we operate 100% online using secure cloud-based tools. In-person meetings are available by appointment only.
Q: Do you serve clients outside of Ontario or Canada?
A: Yes! We support clients across Canada and internationally (non-residents, expats, etc.).
Q: What documents do I need for a basic T1 return?
A: T4 slip, rent receipts, tuition slips (T2202), RRSP slips, and any other relevant income/deductions. If you're unsure, simply fill out our Intake Form and we’ll send you a customized checklist.
Q: I left Canada this year. Do I need to file a departure return?
A: Yes, if you ceased being a resident, a departure return is required.
Q: I didn’t file last year. Can I still file now?
A: Yes, we can help with late filings, adjustments, or voluntary disclosure.
Q: I have foreign assets. Do I need to file T1135?
A: If the total cost of specified foreign property exceeds CAD $100,000 at any point in the year, T1135 is required.
