What are the system requirements to stream?

• iPhone 7 or newer that would stream to our servers through existing wifi connection or cellular mobile data.
• Connection speed: 7 mbps of upload speed.

  • Streaming over wifi also restricts the length of uninterrupted stream to the time your battery can handle. (Approx 60-70 mins) then battery could be changed and stream could be started over.
  • CELLULAR ONLY: The use of external battery pack could increase the stream length.

How long can I stream for?

• There is no limit for streaming as long as your camera can handle it:
  • Battery: approx 1 hour or higher if using an external battery source.
  • Overheat: Depending on the condition, the camera might overheat.

What are the speed requirements?

Currently we advise to have at least 7mbps of upload speed.

How do I find the speed at the location before I start streaming?

The speed depends on a number of factors(your operator and plan, traffic in the area, etc). The speed could also change while you stream, we found SpeedSmart, to give a decent data of you are not at the location of the stream, to plan ahead. Are the live streams recorded?

On default the livestreams are not recorded. In some versions of our app, you can set the live stream to be recorded. It will then be shown to visitors of your profile page, when you are offline. Only single and last recording is used for this.
