A: Yes! The program is designed for personal referrals. The only exception is recruitment agencies; referrals made from agencies are not eligible for the bonus.
A: Regardless of the country where your hire is based, every successful external referral will receive $5,000 USD.
Our People team will reach out to you to get your banking information if your referral passes the three-month mark at Junction. Your payment will be processed alongside the following payroll run. In this event, you will be responsible for self-filing taxes associated with this referral bonus.
A: Yes, we are specifically looking for people who you are personally excited to refer and think would be a great match. Whether that be a previous coworker, friend, or other connection, we’re looking forward to it!
A: If the candidate has previously applied to the role you’re referring them to, the bonus won’t apply. This program is designed to bring new talent to our attention, so we will only pay out for people we haven’t already been in contact with.
A: We’d prefer for you to submit a referral to an open role on our website. We update our open roles frequently, so keep an eye on that page!
A: No, we are unable to sponsor visas at this time. All referred candidates must be authorized to work in their country of employment without current or future visa sponsorship.
A: Yes, all candidates must be presently located within the EST or GMT time zones. We’re not able to move forward with candidates outside of these areas.
