First of all I have created two databases, ACTIONS and PROYECTS
- In the database ACTION I created a LINKED DATABASE option, towards the DB PROJECT
- Automatically the same option is created in the DB PROJECT, his is bidirectional
Now configure PROJECTS
Within the page of each project we have the information of the project, a link to the ACTIONS database, filtered so that we only see the items referring to this project and below the actions taken
Finally, we created the INBOX page
A link of the ACTION database is created and the CONTEXT option is filtered with BOX, so that the other actions are not visible
From here you can collect everything you want, waiting to organize it later. Once you organize it, you can change the CONTEXT option and it will disappear from this view
