What Data Expensa Stores

Expensa stores the following data exclusively on your device:

• Expense entries (amount, note, category, date, time)
• Category names, icons, and colors you configure
• App settings (currency preference, theme)
• Optional Google Drive backup files, initiated only by you

All data is stored locally using Android's built-in storage. Nothing is transmitted to any server, third party, or external service.

Crash Reporting (Firebase Crashlytics)

Expensa uses Firebase Crashlytics (by Google) to automatically collect crash reports when the app crashes. This helps us fix bugs and improve stability.
