What you’ll do
- Own and strengthen existing distributor relationships and export markets.
- Identify and scale high-potential international markets.
- Drive global expansion strategy, revenue growth, and profitability.
- Build premium brand presence across retail, e-commerce, and partnerships.
- Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and leadership teams to execute market growth.
- Oversee pricing, compliance, certifications, and export operations.
What we’re looking for
- 10+ years of experience in international business or export leadership for premium consumer brands.
- Strong experience managing distributor-led international markets.
- Proven track record of scaling global consumer businesses from India.
- Strong understanding of global retail, consumer behaviour, and premium positioning.
- Ability to operate as a builder with high ownership and execution focus.
