One of the benefits of being a service is that unlike rooftop solar, you could exit your reservation anytime, say for instance you are shifting base to a location we don’t service yet. In this case, after accounting for the reserved duration and credits generated a refund will be initiated to our users.

Users are eligible to seek a refund of the amount paid for the Digital Solar Reservation, at any time following the commencement of their reservation of the Digital Solar Capacity. However, the decision to refund is completely under the discretion of SundayGrids, who will evaluate the validity of the refund claim and decide on next steps.

Refund shall be processed only on request through proper channels available within the Account page. In cases of violations of Terms and Conditions of Service; and Privacy policy SundayGrids is within rights to cancel the services without refund.
