This matter is now before the High Court, and I have submitted evidence detailing a pattern of systemic dereliction of duty by Thames Valley Police, including failures to safeguard a vulnerable adult and refusal to respond to criminal complaints.
These failures underscore the abusive nature of the current proceedings, and I hereby object to this court’s jurisdiction to rehear a matter already adjudicated and under judicial review.”
