Purpose of This SOP
This document establishes clear, repeatable processes to remove bottlenecks around scheduling, approvals, communication, and reporting. The goal is to protect the CEO’s time, ensure decisions are made quickly, and create an operational rhythm as the company scales.
1. Scheduling Management SOP
1.1 Objectives
- Maintain a controlled, priority‑driven CEO calendar.
- Prevent missed or overlapping meetings.
- Ensure investor, client, and internal meetings are properly prepared.
1.2 Calendar Structure (Daily/Weekly Blocks)
Daily Structure
- 8:00–9:00: CEO prep, inbox review, priority alignment
- 9:00–11:00: High‑impact work (no meetings unless urgent)
- 11:00–1:00: Investor / client meetings
- 1:00–2:00: Lunch + async decision review
- 2:00–4:00: Team meetings, project reviews
