What Changed

• Updated WPCode snippet ID 16816 (Intaker) to add nowprocket so WP Rocket does not delay fresh Intaker HTML.
• Added Smush lazy-load safeguards and must-use plugins to disable/normalize Smush front-end lazy-load behavior while retaining compression/WebP.
• Purged WP Rocket/object/generated cache folders and Cloudflare API cache.
• Added read-only conversion/performance QA to seo-cloud-runner for Intaker, WP Rocket delayed JS, Smush hero lazy-load, and Site Kit/GTM presence.
• Wrote Site Kit/GTM authority audit: keep Site Kit live for now; do not remove until a GTM-only parity plan is proven.

Verification

• Normal Results desktop still showed cached stale HTML: no Intaker nodes and Intaker still rocket-delayed.
• Cache-busted Results desktop showed Intaker loading: script plus Intaker widget nodes present, and no WP Rocket delayed type.
• Runner test report: C:\Users\SAguiar\Documents\Codex\site-qa\sitekit-smush-audit-2026-05-14\runner-test\2026-05-13\remote-cloud-runner\remote-cloud-runner-report.json.
• Runner check passes Intaker on fresh HTML and flags remaining Smush hero lazy-load on Results and Truck pages.

Pending Follow-up

Cloudways/Varnish x-cache still needs a platform-level purge. Local credentials exposed a Cloudways API key but not the complete auth pair, so I did not successfully purge that layer from this session.
