Process (how to get started)

By undertaking the following steps, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Terms of Service（at the end of this page).

Payment

Once your commission is accepted, I’ll give you a quote for the commission.

Please confirm with me before you make payment as there will be no refund.

Payment will be made through Ko-fi and must be paid full upfront.

Please note that the prices do not include the transaction fees.

I will start working on your commission after the payment is received.
Finish

A final file will be sent as a full resolution JPEG / PNG without watermark.

I may post the final piece on my social medias (with watermark), please let me know if you don't want me to do so! You are allowed to share the completed piece too!

Notes from Kariro:

Queue System: commissions are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. If a high volume of requests are received, your order will be queued and processed in the order received. If you prefer not to be added to the waitlist, please specify in the ‘special request’ section of the form.

I will work on 2 -3 commissions at the same time. Once one commission is completed, the next client will receive their invoice.

Terms of Service

Price is determined based on the effort/time that i put in, please understand there will be extra charge if your work requires more effort/time/rework. Please understand that your request may be declined. If for some reasons I am unable to complete the piece, I will offer you a full refund. If you want to cancel your commission, you can do so anytime. However, I cannot refund you if I have already made progress.

Posting your Commission You should not imply that you are the artists of the commission. You should not post the commission on any forms of showcase platform such as Artstation/DeviantArt/Pixiv etc. You can post the commission without watermark/ with your own watermark. Editing your Commission after completion You should not edit any details/colour of the commission. You should not remove any part of the commission and repaint it in any forms. You should not crop any parts of the commission for any other usage. You should inform me if you want to crop a half body/full body commission for avatar. Usage of your Commission Use for AI learning/AI-generated images/NFT is strictly prohibited. The prices are for personal use only. There will be extra charge for commercial usage. You can print reasonable amount of the commission for personal purpose. You should inform me if you want to use your commission in special events (giveaways, convention) or any form of non-profit products. Copyrights You can share your commission in social media or allow everybody to download it as long as it is not for commercial use. You can ask me to add/remove the watermark when i post your commission in social media.

There may be surcharge in the following ocassions: Using the commission to make L2D, Shimejis, etc. Using the commission on any occasion that involves money such as sales, tips, public welfare fundraising, etc. Using the commission as an influencer/ Youtuber/ Streamer. Allowing third party to use the commission for commercial usage. Prohibiting me from posting the commission in social media.
