XLOOKUP, you can look in one column for a search term, and return a result from the same row in another column, regardless of which side the return column is on.
XLOOKUP uses a lookup array and a return array, whereas VLOOKUP uses a single table array
Left to Right Look Up
XLOOKUP returns the Prefix (Column D) when the user enters a Country (Column B)
Right to Left Look Up
XLOOKUP returns the Tax Rate (Column F) when the user enters a Max Income (Column E)
Returns a Range of Values
XLOOKUP returns the Employee and Department (Columns C and D) when the user enters an Employee ID (Column B)
