• Proof: ZK equality proof / set membership

7.3 resident_in_eu

• Inputs: address.country, EU country set
• Statement: address.country ∈ EU_SET
• Descriptor: address.country
• Proof: ZK set membership

7.4 has_valid_license

• Inputs: gov.driver_license.number (committed), issuer attestation
• Statement: “license is valid and not expired”
• Proof: combination of:
