Welcome to Exalt!

We’re sharing these Terms of Service (which we call the “Terms” or the “Agreement”) with you so you will know the rules that govern our relationship with you as a user of our Services. Trust between you and Exalt is very important. We have tried to make these Terms as understandable as possible by removing as much legalese so you can understand them. However there are places where they still read like a contract. That is because these Terms form a legally binding contract between you and Exalt Inc. (“Exalt”). Please read them carefully and understand that by using Exalt’s products or services that are subject to these Terms (which we refer to collectively as the “Services”), you agree to the Terms. If you don’t agree with them, then we kindly ask you not to use Exalt. If you are accepting these Terms and using the Services on behalf of a company, organization, government, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to do so and have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms, in which case the words “you” and “your” as used in these Terms shall refer to such entity.

1. Privacy

The privacy of all is of paramount importance to Exalt. Learn how your information is managed when you use our Service in our Privacy Policy.  Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms of Service, and we promise to comply with the terms of the Privacy Policy.

**2. Who Can Use Exalt?**We hope that you will find Exalt to be a warm, safe and trustworthy place where you and others can behave appropriately and respectfully to one another.  To ensure that all Exalt users behave appropriately, we require that you:

• Do not impersonate individuals, groups, or organizations to mislead, confuse, or deceive others, nor use a fake identity;
• Do not use automation to create accounts;
• Do not mass register accounts;
• Do not share access to your account;
• Follow the Content Guidelines below.

No one under 12 is allowed to create an account or use the Services. If you are under 18, you may only use the Services with the prior consent of your parent or legal guardian. Please be sure your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and discussed these Terms with you before you start using the Services.

You cannot use Exalt if you:

• Are under 12 years old;
• Are a convicted sex offender;
• Are prohibited by applicable law from using Exalt; or
• Have been previously banned by Exalt for violating the Terms of Service.

**Your permissions to Exalt.**By creating an Exalt account, you grant certain permissions to Exalt described in these Terms of Service, our Content Guidelines and in the Exalt Privacy Policy found here.  In addition to the Sections below, these Terms of Service include and incorporate by reference the Privacy Policy.

3. Content Guidelines

Content is at the heart of our Service. Our Content Guidelines are incorporated into these Terms of Service, and you must comply with them or you will no longer be permitted to use the Service.
