Session Overview

This session built, tested, and live-ran the first production-safe lane for Dr. Brian Guetter / ExactaCare diagnostic update emails into Litify. The work centered on emails in sam@kylawoffice.com, source sender bguetter@exactacare.com, and 2026 email dates.

The user wanted the provider emails identified, posted to Litify as Notes, reflected in structured Injury data where safe, and eventually used to prepare attorney-reviewed adjuster proof-of-loss updates. The user explicitly required rollback/restore options before destructive or live writes, and later asked for 2026 backfill without sending adjuster emails.

What Was Completed

• Created the dry-run planner scripts/plan-medical-email-litify-intake.mjs.
• Created planner tests in scripts/plan-medical-email-litify-intake.test.mjs.
• Created the live gated backfill runner scripts/backfill-medical-email-litify-intake.mjs.
• Created backfill/rollback tests in scripts/backfill-medical-email-litify-intake.test.mjs.
• Updated the runbook at docs/medical-email-litify-intake-runbook-2026-05-30.md.
• Updated the live environment diary at docs/litify-environment-diary.md.
• Updated OPS_LEDGER.md with the live result and rollback location.
• Ran a pilot live apply for one Note and verified CreatedDate matched the source email timestamp.
• Ran the full 2026 live apply for matched records.
• Ran post-apply live verification and a post-apply dry run.
• Ran a standalone planner fixture QA pass after the live work.
