The Role:

As the Events Operations Manager, you’ll bring the vision of our events to life from the ground up. You’re the master organizer who ensures every logistical detail is covered from venue setup to vendor coordination to on-site management. You thrive in structured chaos, balancing timelines and the unexpected with ease. This role is critical to the seamless execution of all HuCapital events.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan & Execute Events: Lead operational planning, vendor outreach, venue research, and on-site logistics to ensure smooth event execution.
• Manage Volunteers: Oversee volunteer onboarding, scheduling, and day-of coordination to deliver a high-quality guest experience.
• Coordinate Operations: Maintain project timelines, task assignments, and internal communication across Notion, Slack, and calendars.
• Support Budget & Compliance: Assist with budget tracking, vendor payments, and ensuring timely submission of contracts and permits.
