What we're looking for
We're looking for a professional who has experience in hosting events for SaaS businesses. The goal of the events team is to conduct high quality events to drive traffic, leads and awareness to the Airmeet Platform.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead Airmeet’s event strategy, including but not limited to: identifying key events, internal team events (product, community, engineering) and maintain pre- and post-event communication, and end-to-end marketing WRT driving registrations & attendance.
- Work with marketing, partnerships and growth pods to organize and execute small and large events.
- Work with director of marketing and marketing executives to develop event strategy and objectives; spearhead initiatives to meet objectives based on lead generation, customer advocacy, and more.
- Negotiate and execute partnership deals in collaboration with Partnerships pod for small and large scale events.
- Build relationships with potential speakers and partners to add value to events
- Drive marketing influenced pipeline and generate MQLs through well crafted events
- Analyze, track, and report on event ROI based on predetermined pipeline, revenue, and MQL metrics using CRM, email marketing, project management, and similar systems
- Interact with key decisions makers and account-holders
- Work with in-house designer to ensure event display accurately represents the Airmeet Brand. Design content for all the collaterals of the event which includes event page, social media, newsletters etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in marketing or related discipline
- 3+ years of related marketing experience, ideally in virtual event marketing, demand generation, or community management.
- Proven experience carrying out event marketing efforts, including event planning, execution and post event engagement campaigns
- Experience partnering with sales teams and external partners
- Highly organized with an ability to manage resources, budgets, and work effectively within a remote team
- Strong communication skills – written and oral
