You know how to drive an audience to your venue and increase ticket sales across multiple locations. You will work collaboratively with a world-class team of experts that are pushing the boundaries of augmented reality entertainment experiences! You know how to make a relevant marketing strategy and have executed marketing plans. You are curious about audiences and are interested in refining the best ways to connect with them. You thrive when given responsibility and love the “start-up” life and rolling up your sleeves to get the job done.
Must Haves
- Strong sense of ownership: You can hold yourself and your teams accountable for the work you are responsible for.
- You have 3+ years in a marketing role in a similar industry such as location-based entertainment/attractions, hospitality, museum, and/or retail.
- Paid-media Jedi - you can optimize spend to drive results like the best in the business.
- Experience planning and executing multi-channel creative marketing campaigns: including social media, web, direct/email, printed materials and events.
- Passion for brand storytelling through visual media, bonus points for storytelling in Web3!
- Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and more.
- Fluent in current social trends, visuals and personalities
- Able to work weekends and evenings.
- Excellent remote and in-person communication skills.
- Great problem-solving skills: able to multitask and think creatively when situations require innovation.
- Tech-savvy and experienced with modern digital marketing platforms and assets, including video, apps, digital media, CRM, web site, and social media.
- Familiarity and passion for immersive entertainment, NFTs, Web3 or games is also a bonus.
You Will
- Lead the development of marketing plans for existing, as well as new locations in order to meet established ticket sales goals. This includes specific strategies for new customer acquisition, customer retention, as well as programs and event coordination.
- Have a deep understand of the brand’s target audience, competitive landscape, and local market trends.
- Collaborate with Operations and onsite teams to successfully design, execute and oversee special events at the Verse Denver location including monthly workshops
- Collaborate with the Sales team to identifying and nurturing partnerships.
