1. Our Services
- We offer travel planning assistance, including personalized European road trip itineraries, hotel bookings, car rentals, visa support, and pre-trip driving orientation.
- EuroTales acts as a travel facilitator. We do not own or operate hotels, car rental companies, or insurance services.
2. User Responsibility
- Travelers are responsible for carrying valid travel documents (e.g., passports, visas, International Driving Permit).
- Travelers must adhere to all local laws, driving regulations, insurance requirements, and visa rules during their trip.
3. Payments & Refunds
- Full payment is required before finalizing bookings.
- Once bookings are confirmed with third-party vendors (hotels, car rentals, etc.), refunds are subject to their individual cancellation policies.
- EuroTales service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
4. Changes & Cancellations
- We will assist in modifying bookings where possible. However, changes are subject to availability and third-party policies.
- EuroTales is not liable for any additional costs incurred due to itinerary changes, cancellations, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Liability Disclaimer
- EuroTales strives to provide accurate and helpful advice. However, we are not liable for any loss, injury, delay, inconvenience, or expense resulting from the use of third-party services, acts of nature, strikes, accidents, or government actions.
