These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding End User License Agreement ("Agreement") between you and the creators of Etherea ("we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Etherea mobile application (the “App”), available through the Apple App Store.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not download or use the App.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download and use the App on your personal iOS device for personal, non-commercial, and educational purposes only.

2. Restrictions

You agree that you will not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from the App or any part thereof.
• Distribute, resell, lease, or license the App to others.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices within the App.
• Use the App in violation of any applicable laws, regulations, or academic integrity policies.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including but not limited to its content, features, design, source code, and trademarks, are and shall remain the exclusive property of the App’s owner or its licensors. This Agreement does not convey any ownership rights to you.

4. In-App Purchases

The App may offer optional features or enhancements via In-App Purchases, processed exclusively through the Apple App Store. By making a purchase, you agree to Apple’s payment terms and understand that:
