For B-Sides images (and images in general) that come from WordPress, the URL is usually in this form: https://www.michigandaily.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/Screen-Shot-2023-01-24-at-7.36.56-PM-e1674607191876.png.typically, images that designers and photographers produce are very high resolution (bless them for their quality). however, these high resolution images are a pain to load on mobile or when on not-superb internet. we can optimize these images by putting a prefix in front of the url: https://i0.wp.com/www.michigandaily.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/Screen-Shot-2023-01-24-at-7.36.56-PM-e1674607191876.png and if we know that an image will only ever take up some width on the screen, we can also put a query parameter at the end: https://i0.wp.com/www.michigandaily.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/Screen-Shot-2023-01-24-at-7.36.56-PM-e1674607191876.png?w=500
