We also have an transparent D&I strategy shared internally, that outlines our total budget, breakdown, core beliefs, plans, and more. We think every Impalan should have insight and have the opportunity to provide feedback, suggestions - and everyone is encouraged to get involved.
We run D&I Census every year to track our true D&I statistics and to get qualitative and quantitative insight on what we can do better. We also partner with FairHQ for tracking, insight and support. The D&I census results and an action plan are shared with the team internally each year.
