Why.

Hey world. Our mission is to unlock the potential of business and government working better, together.

This mission is global, so we're building our team with the best minds from across the world.

Doing so requires an environment capable of unifying people capable of understanding, embracing, and learning from different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.

Accordingly, equality, diversity, & inclusion (ED&I) are fundamental to achieving our mission.

It starts now

We're a young venture. We're learning. One thing we've learned is that short-term urgencies can distract from long-term importancies.

ED&I is both important and urgent — in the short-term and long-term. It must not take a back seat.

For this reason, at the start of our journey, we believe our commitments to ED&I must exist at the core of our identity as a company. It starts now.

How Stotles Defines Equality, Diversity, & Inclusion (ED&I)

The phrase "Equality, Diversity, & Inclusion" (ED&I) refers to our initiative to create a well-rounded workforce and an environment where everyone has the opportunity to be the best version of themselves - no matter who we are, where we're from, or what we look like.

On ED&I, Stotles is working to make sure our team is not "underrepresented". To tackle this global problem, we need the best minds in the world. So, we use this term as a means of discovering inequalities and bias in our hiring process and our evolving culture. This term also means of staying aware that we need more of what we don't have, so we can be at our best.

Numerous leaders in the ED&I field refer to the term "underrepresented" when developing research around ED&I. As such, we've chosen to use it for setting goals with our data and understanding where we need to work harder.

Commitments to Actions & Measurement

Our goal is to build and sharpen a team of the best minds in the world. We'll do this by staying aware of, and taking actions to minimize, any underrepresentation of backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences across our company. Making progress toward our definition of ED&I in Stotles means:
