We do this via a next gen AB experimentation platform that will let team members run experiments end to end, and have the same learnings and diagnostics as if they had a full time data analyst. We want to automate each of the high expertise tasks that surround experimentation to a level that product managers, designers, and other engineers feel empowered to build experimentation cultures.
We are looking for a founding, backend focused engineer to own the application architecture of our system. This includes building enterprise feature flagging, dynamic caching systems, and governance systems for communicating with cloud data warehouse
We are looking for people who can operate end to end. While there will be a point in the future where employees narrowly do one task and pass the baton to the next specialist, we need people who can own their core responsibility and want to learn how to do whatever else is necessary to ship a great product.
