You need to be enrolled at both universities during the full length of the double degree programme:

• Students pay the regular tuition fee only at the home university.

The first step is to create a Ghent University account via our Oasis platform.

You need to register as a prospective student with your e-mail address from your home university.

For the registration you'll need to provide a photo, bachelor degree and transcript of records.

Enrolment will be completed back office so please give us a heads up when you have created an UGent account:

• Send a a scan of your passport/ID
• Indicate in  what specific programme and major you want to enrol (f.e. Corporate Finance, Accounting, Marketing, …).
• Make sure to add ‘Double Degree’ in the subject line.
