🕵🏻‍♀️ Project Objective

The creator of the UX Design Contest, Adam Ruf, has provided designers with the opportunity to provide a visual design refresh for the current San Francisco Zoo's website. The inconsistent design language and poor information architecture of the website have contributed to the user's frustration and lack of engagement.

Hence, I asked myself the following question:

How should I create a seamless user experience without compromising the design aspect of SF Zoo's website?

• Reducing the number of clicks in the user flow to improve user engagement
• Enhance visual design of site to maintain consistency and establish company branding
