Who we're looking for

Someone without whom founders and key team members would start losing context, missing deadlines, and drowning in ops. Not an admin assistant — someone who keeps the system alive, treats the company's goals as their own, and does whatever it takes to help Spiry hit them 🤩

What you'll be doing

• Onboarding & HR admin — offers, access provisioning, welcome comms, documents, internal notifications
• Operational control — keeping Slack and Notion in order, task follow-ups, meeting summaries, locking down decisions
• Telegram channel — seeding, channel outreach, placement tracking, performance monitoring, working with creatives
• Finance & subscriptions — tracking payments, receipts, services, and company budget
• Recruiting — posting jobs, initial screening, coordinating candidates and external contractors
• Blogger outreach — sourcing, first contact, organizing partner calls
• One-off and project tasks — fundraising, focus groups, internal events, landing page proofreading, finding vendors

Nice to have

• Experience in startups, digital, or tech companies
• Interest in AI, content, and the creator economy
• Ability to spin up an AI agent for a task (no-code or with code — doesn't matter)

• Self-sufficient — you move without constant oversight
• Detail-oriented under high multitasking load
