1. Purpose
These Terms of Service (āTermsā) govern the use of the global Korean medicineābased wellness platform services provided by KOMMA (āCompanyā), including the mobile application, APIs, and all related programs (collectively, the āServiceā). They set forth the rights, obligations, responsibilities, conditions, and procedures between the Company and users.
2. Definitions
- āServiceā means all digital services operated by the Company, including website/app, care & treatment booking intermediation, payments, AI translation/summarization/assistant features, reviews, and location-based navigation.
- āMobile Applicationā or āAppā means the KOMMA app distributed via iOS/Android app marketplaces.
- āUserā means any person, whether a registered member or not, who accesses and uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.
- āMemberā means a person who enters into a service agreement with the Company and holds an account.
- āProvider/Partnerā means a business that offers its products/programs through the Service, such as Korean medicine clinics, Korean-style spas, and wellness institutions.
- āContentā includes all text, images, videos, reviews, profiles, and care/treatment-related records provided in the Service or posted/uploaded by users (āUser Contentā).
- āApp Market Operatorā means a third party such as Apple App Store or Google Play.
3. Posting and Amendment of the Terms
- The Company posts these Terms on initial screens, settings, or linked pages within the Service.
- The Company may amend the Terms within the scope permitted by law. Material terms and their effective dates will be notified at least seven (7) days in advance (thirty (30) days for changes materially affecting usersā rights or obligations) via in-app notices, email, push notifications, or similar means.
- Users who do not agree may terminate the service agreement before the effective date. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
4. Formation of Agreement & Accounts
- A service agreement is formed when a user submits required information in the sign-up form and consents to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
- Users under 14 require consent from a legal guardian. Where a higher minimum age applies by jurisdiction, that higher age prevails.
- Third-party login (e.g., Apple/Google) may be used. Members are responsible for account security (password/device lock/2-factor authentication).
